About the Authors
Peter Asumussen has written a stunning variety of work that includes theatre, prose, film and opera. Performed all over Europe, his writing has won numerous prizes and awards. In 2004 'Alle Hans Gerninger (All His Deeds)' premiered at Husets Teater in Copenhagen and was nominated for best play of the year. When not translating plays and art critique from Danish to English, David Duchin works as a theatre production manager in London. His translation of 'The Beach' was short-listed for The Gate Theatre's Translation Award 2004.
